E - Excellence as you Serve Striving for the highest standards in all club activities & personal conduct by every Lion and a Leo.
M - Membership Growth and Retention Revitalize Clubs with new Members & Rejuvenate District with New clubs and target 100% retention.
P - Protect Mother Earth Our Environment with Plantation drives & caring of Saplings with special focus on Promotion of Solar Power Projects. Focus on UNSDG #3 - ‘Good health & Well-being’ and UNSDG #7 - ‘Affordable & Clean Energy’.
O - Opportunities to Enjoy Service & Fellowship Opportunities to Enjoy Success & Fellowship with district-wide celebratory events.
W - Women, Family & Youth Wellness Special thrust on Lions Quest implementation and focus on identifying diabetes and vision defects in school children.
E - Empowering the Members Empowerment of Clubs/District officers with purposeful and effective trainings to provide necessary role-wise skills, resources, tools & information to encourage enabling members to achieve their full potential.
R - Rejuvenate & Revitalize Clubs Remotivate Club members with exciting district-wide focused Monthly Service Weeks to create a district-wide impact with larger beneficiaries. Focus on Service activities under the global causes – Environment & Vision.
