Special Initiative: Weeks of service

As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

Service Focus Weeks

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day

Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Lions Club of Chodan on the occasion of 35th Charter Anniversary, inducts ONE WOMAN member at the hands of Induction Officer DCS PMJF Lion Dr Kirti Naik in the presence of DG & galaxy of dignitaries on Sunday, 1st February 2026.

Lions Club of Chodan on the occasion of 35th Charter Anniversary, inducts three (3) new members at the hands of Induction Officer DCS PMJF Lion Dr Kirti Naik in the presence of DG & galaxy of dignitaries on Sunday, 1st February 2026.

We, the P S T of the Lions Club of Hubli City, along with the Lion Ladies of our Club , visited Basavshree Aashram, Dollars Colony, Hubli and, as planned, donated 15 days’ groceries to the residents of the Aashram .

President and members of Lions Club of Chodan escorted District Governor PMJF Lion JaiAmol Naik and first Lady of the District, DCS PMJF Lion Dr. Kirti Naik &DC Lion Adrian Tores to various permanent projects of the club , "Lion's Day Care Centre", house & Orthopaedic/Medical equipment bank.

DISTRICT GOVERNOR VISIT

President and members of Lions Club of Chodan welcomes District Governor PMJF Lion JaiAmol Naik and first Lady of the District, DCS PMJF Lion Dr. Kirti Naik at Madel ferry point. He was escorted to various permanent projects of the club followed by BOD meeting at "Lion's Day Care Centre", Chodan.
