As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

on August 25th, we participated in the eye donation awareness rally organised by M M Joshi Eye Hospital, Hubli as a part of eye donation awareness fortnight. This was a joint project by all the 5 Lions Clubs in Hubli.

on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on August 9th, all the 4 clubs of Hubli, LC Hubli, LC Hubli City, LC Hubli Pariwar and LC Hubli Pearls distributed healthy snacks and fruits to all the inmates of Govt Girls Hostel, Gangadhar Nagar, Hubli.

Raksha Banshan Celebration
on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, all the 4 Lions Clubs of Hubli viz, LC Hubli, LC Hubli City, LC Hubli Pariwar and LC Hubli Pearls celebrated the festival with the inmates of Govt Girls Hostel at Gangadhar Nagar, Hubli. we distributed daily use cosmetic kits to all the girls.
