As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

On JANUARY 26, THE ILKAL LIONS CLUB AND MAHALINGAPUR GREEN BASIN CLUB DID A CLUB TWINNING PROGRAM, AND I WAS ALSO A PART OF THIS PROGRAM AND DISCUSSED THE JANAMADA JODI FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY.

Region level cricket prize distribution program.
JANUARY 25TH: Region-level cricket prize distribution program. Today the semifinal and final match were played; in this match the Mudalagi Parivar team won, and the Ilkal Lions Club got the runner-up prize.

Region level cricket tournament program.
Janevery 24 and 25 in my region, Region 11, the level cricket tournament was conducted by the Ilkal Lions Club. In this tournament 5 clubs participated. For this program, as a guest, DG, DCS, RC, ZC, and local leader Arun Bijjal came and inaugurated the function.

Relieving the hunger - Distribution of Grocery bags.
Relieving the hunger program was held at residence of the president at Assolda village , in Quepem Taluka Goa. 50 grocery bags containing 16 grocery items of one kg each were distributed to the poor and the needy. PDG MJF Lion Shrikant More was the chief guest.
