As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Two bags of 26 kgs rice was donated to the convent of St John by the cross at Sacoale and two bags to Asha Sadan Baina Three clubs of the zone participated in the activity namely LC of Chicalim Bogmalo , LC of Vasco da Gama and LC of Mormugao MJF Lion Georgina Fiola Reg D C for other NGOs was also present for the activity It is an activity initiated by Region chairperson MJF Lion Premanand Kerker under ‘Feed the hungry’
