These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

ATTENDANCE AT KANARA LIONS FORUM " LEAD TO SERVE " WORKSHOP
I had the privilege of attending the “Lead to Serve” Workshop organised by the Kanara Lions Forum at Jog in my capacity as Zone Chairperson. The programme was presided over by Kanara Lions Forum Chairperson, PDG MJF Lion Ravi Hegde, and graced by PDG MJF Lion Ganapati Nayak as the Chief Guest. The workshop comprised highly insightful and enriching sessions: MJF Lion Ashok Hegde, GLT Coordinator, delivered a detailed session on the various types of service activities recognized by Lions International. PDG MJF Lion Girish Kuchinad spoke on Mission 1.5, highlighting its objectives and implementation strategies. PDG MJF Lion Ravi Hegde shared his thoughts on this year’s International President Lion A. P. Singh’s theme — “Lead to Serve, Serve to Lead” — and elaborated on the principles of servant leadership. All the sessions were highly meaningful, informative, and inspiring, offering valuable insights into leadership and service. It was a great learning experience that will certainly help us strengthen our initiatives at the club and regional levels. Members from various Lions Clubs of Region 12 also actively participated in the workshop, making it a truly engaging and impactful event.
