As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

The Weekly Annadasoh (23rd Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 200 people were provided with steaming hot rice pulao. It was sponsored by Lions Club of Belgaum.

LIONS ROARATHON 3.0 - THE PARVAT RUN
LIONS ROARATHON 3.0 – THE PARVAT RUN Organised by Lions Club of Curchorem–Sanvordem Held on 7th December 2025 The Lions Club of Curchorem–Sanvordem successfully organised the Lions Roarathon 3.0 – The Parvat Run on 7th December 2025, bringing together 150 enthusiastic participants from all Goa. Run was Conducted at the historic Shree Chandreshwar Bhootnath Temple Paroda Quepem Goa, offering participants a challenging yet beautiful scenic route through its natural landscape. the event offered athletes a refreshing mix of challenge, fitness, and natural beauty. Awards and Recognition: To honour outstanding performances, cash prizes and trophies were awarded to male and female podium finishers in both the 5 km and 10 km categories. Every participant who completed the run received a Finisher Medal and Certificate, encouraging a continued culture of fitness and participation. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the management and students of Shree Chandreshwar Bhootnath Higher Secondary School, Ambaulim, Quepem - Goa, for their dedicated volunteer support. Their enthusiasm, discipline, and commitment played a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of the event. Our Club President Lion Sameer Naik, club secretary Lion Nilkanth Pai, club treasurer lion Ashwin D'souza, club 1st VP Lion Rocha Pereira, club 2nd VP Lion glam da Gama, DC lion Vaibhav Bale, DC lion Avin Naik, club lion members Swapnesh naik, lion vipul Shirsat, lion kiran dessai , lion Aslam shaikh, lion Mithun Gurav played an extremely valuable role in planning, coordinating, and executing the event smoothly. Their teamwork and dedication ensured the success of Roarathon 3.0.
