As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Career Guidance Seminar 3.0
Lions Club of Curchorem–Sanvordem successfully organised a Career Guidance Program on 22nd November 2025 at Rabindra Bhawan, Curchorem, with the aim of guiding students towards various career opportunities and educational pathways. The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri Nilesh Cabral, Hon. MLA of Curchorem constituency. In his address, he appreciated the initiative of Lions Club and encouraged students to set clear goals and work with dedication. Club President Lion Sameer Naik delivered the welcome address, setting the tone for the program. A special attraction of the event was Miss Kavyashri Kurse, the youngest commercial pilot from Sanvordem, who shared her inspiring journey in the aviation field, motivating the students to dream big and overcome challenges with confidence. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of around 500 attendees, including students and teachers from various schools across Curchorem and Sanvordem. Speakers 1. CA Saiesh Naik guided students on career in commerce, finance and chartered Accountancy. 2. Mr. Rahul Kalangutkar guided students on Career opportunities in Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry. 3. Mr. Avin Naik shared on Startup ideas & General Career Guidance. Three speakers from different professional backgrounds delivered guidance on career options, personality development, commerce & finance, industry trends and more. Refreshments were served to all participants. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Club Secretary Lion Nilkanth Pai, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, speakers, teachers, and students for making the event a grand success. Our club President Lion Sameer Naik, Secretary Lion Nilkanth Pai, Treasurer Lion Ashwin Dsouza, DC Lion Avin Naik, DC Lion Vaibhav Bale, Club VP1 Lion Rocha Periera, Club VP2 Lion Glam Da Gama, lion members Vipul Shirsat, sandep Narvekar, Swapnesh Naik, Renzilla Fernandes, Kiran Desai attended the programme. The initiative received positive feedback from all schools and proved to be a valuable step towards shaping the future of young minds.

Regions monthly activity
celebrated lions birthday of November from our region at Shri Mataji Mandir, Patnem, Canacona and donated 2000 litres water tank, which was identified as a need for them. Also, sweets and cake cutting was done. this activity served the challenge of under humanitarian aid. Later we received thanking and appreciation letter from the management of the that institution.
