As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Board of Directors meeting for the month of October was organized at Sri Shivalingeshwara Indian Gas Premises, Kulahalli
On Sunday, 05/10/2025 at 10.00 am, the Board of Directors meeting for the month of October was organized at Sri Shivalingeshwara Indian Gas Premises, Kulahalli. The topics discussed in this meeting are as follows 1) Mental Health Awareness Program. 2) Dhamaka Deepawali celebration in Hubli. 3) Jamkhandi Sri Muttinakanti Hiremath's Dasara Mahotsav -2025, regarding the collaboration of Lions Club of Jamkhandi. 4) Discussion on other topics as per the order of the President. This Board of Directors meeting is organized by Ln. Shivalinga Bagalkot. After this meeting, there will be a talent award program for the talented and a lecture program on organic crop cultivation by our President to the farmers.

Mental Mentoring Activity
Our Club arranged Mental Mentoring talk by LL Dr. Saraswati Tenagi a Psychiatrist by profession. Lion Pratibha Mutalik was the Event Chairperson who identified and planned the activity. Following topics were covered :- Stress Management, Suicide Prevention, Mobile Hazards & Many more. It was conducted for students of Gogte PU College, Belagavi. VDG, RC and numerous lions were present. Almost 400 students were benefitted.

Diabetes screening and screening for cardiac problems at KOF,hubli
0n 27th september,our club organised health check up camp in association with HCG suchirayu hospital.Doctors screened for diabetes ,hypertension and electrocardiogram was recorded for all members at KOF ,hubli and for further evaluation were refred to hospital.
