As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Taluka Level Elocution Competition.
ELOCUTION COMPETITION Lions Club of Canacona and Leo Club of Canacona, and Shri Mallikarjun & Shri Chetan Manju Desai College (in association with Civic Club of Mallikarjun College) hosted a Taluka-level elocution competition on 21st August 3.30 p.m. at Shree Mallikarjun & Shri Chetan Manju Desai College, Canacona Goa. Around 400 hundred students and staff members were benefited of the competition. 15 Lions members were spend 3 hrs. to success the programme.

*Little Stars Vision Screening Camp* by Lions club of Alem De Margao jointly with Mahila and Nutan High school and Nave Margao was held at Mahila & Nutan English High school Comba Margao Goa on *22nd August 2025 from 9.00 am for the students of Mahila & Nutal English High School, Margao. Total 05 members of our club attended the same. Appx. 250 students were screened

Visit to Old Age Home
Visited old age home for the nuns ate St Joseph Vaz, saoncole . This visit was done along with lions club of cortalim members. Quality time was spend with the aged nuns, fruits were handed over, roses were given to every nun . They also performed some songs and very happy during our visit. This activity was conducted on 15th Aug since system is not taking the same it has been updatd with date 16th as per .

Regular Meeting
The Dinner Meeting of the club was held at Masonic Hall, Camp, Belagavi. Lion Malhari Divate, Zone Chairperson paid his Mandatory visit. Lion Ravindra Kakati, Secretary read the MMR & MAAR report. The club inducted 2 Lions namely Mrs Ashwini Tadkod and Mr Raju H. Madiwal to the fold of Lionism. Induction was done by Lion Shrinivas Shivangi, PDG. The meeting ended with dinner.

Annadasoha
The Weekly Annadasoh (7th Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 400 people were provided with steaming hot rice biryani. The activity was sponsored by M/s Anand Caterers.
