As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

IN OUR REGION, THE 11 MAHALINGAPUR CLUB SPONSORED THE ATHANI CLUB AS A NEW CLUB IN OUR DISTRICT AS WELL AS IN OUR REGION. FOR THIS WORK OUR INTERNATIONAL CLUB GAVE AN APPRECIATION MEDAL TO LION RAJU TALIKOTI HI IS A MEMBER OF LIONS CLUB OF MAHALINGAPUR GREEN BISION. Hearty congratulations to LIons Raju Talikoti of LC of Mahalingpur Green Basin for being the first recipients "this year so far" from our district of International Presidents Leadership Medals ... for their outstanding leadership and selfless support towards supporting our District objective of Mission 1.5 by promoting membership growth ...
