As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Making an Impact, One Activity at a Time!
on 22nd November , 2025 we—the P S T of Lions Club of Hubli City, along with our fellow Lion members—conducted the pre-launch of our signature activity: Donation of Sugar Boards to schools in and around the Hubli–Dharwad region .
On 22nd November 2025, in the presence of our District 317B Governor, PMJF Ln. Jai Amol Naik , and District Cabinet Secretary, PMJF Ln. Dr. Kirthi Naik , we—the P S T of Lions Club of Hubli City, along with our fellow Lion members—conducted the pre-launch of our signature activity: Donation of Sugar Boards to schools in and around the Hubli–Dharwad region . Our District Governor greatly appreciated the initiative and requested us to share the design of the Sugar Boards with our club’s name, marked as “ Initiated by Lions Club of Hubli City .” He also mentioned that he would encourage other clubs to take up this activity and donate Sugar Boards to schools in their respective regions. We are grateful to our District Governor and Cabinet Secretary for their support and encouragement.

Childhood cancer awareness Talk
Lions Club of Kumta organised a talk on Childhood Cancer awareness at HPS School Holanagadde. Our President Dr. Nagaraj Bhat explained and created awareness about the Childhood cancer. Also he urged students to actively participate and educate the society to avoid usage of Smoking and consumption of tobacco so that the problems like mouth cancer and lung cancer can be avoided. around 140 students and 10 staff and locals attended the talk.

We, the Lions Club of Hubli City, successfully conducted our 3rd Family Meet for the Lionistic year 2025–26 on Sunday, 9th November 2025. On this occasion, we also had the privilege of honouring a couple of distinguished journalists.

On this occasion, we also had the privilege of honouring a couple of distinguished journalists. Our journalist guests expressed their happiness and appreciation for our club’s dedicated service activities towards society. We also released our Quarterly Digital Newsletter during the event.

Lions Club of Kumta organised Peace Poster Contest for students of age 11 to 13 of different schools in Kumta Region. 43 Students participated in the event. Prizes to 06 Drawings are finalized.

Released brochure for World Diabetes Day, observed annually on November 14 to raise awareness about diabetes and promote improved care and education. Activities include raising awareness through events like the global "walk in blue for diabetes," sharing information online, organizing workshops, seminars, and screening camps.
