As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Conducted world wide level service activity of Hunger week
Conducted world wide level service activity of Hunger week by donating food grain , 2 rice bags of 25 kg each were handed over to the old age Home of Missonaries of charity, MOGADAM at Carambolim on 8th Jan . District Coordinator for UNSDG , LION Adriam Torres was also part of the same along with members of Lions club of Old Goa and Lions club of Panjim Greater .

Attended First official Meeting for the Region Conferance
On 7th Jan, Region Chairperson MJF Lion Premanand called for the 1st Offical Region Meet meeting at Hotel Flora Grand at 6.30 pm . The same was attended in the capacity of Zone Chairperson, Zone 1, Reg 1. Region Mentor PDG MJF Lion Shrikant More also attended along with other lions

Participated for Health/Fitness Branding by Running at I Run Goa by 2 Lion Members
Participated in the 10km Run at IRun on 4th Jan along with Lion Sidhu from Lions Club of Curchorem . This was an intiative were lions were running. We could also brand the Lions as per .we were recognized by medals as finishers.
