As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

3rd ZONE ADVISORY MEETING & CLUB LION LEADERS INSTITUTE(CLLI)U
On 7th February, 2026 Zone Chairperson MJF Lion Sudesh Kochrekar arranged his 3rd Zone advisory meeting. The clubs attended are LC Mapusa Ellit, LC Aldona & Host Club LC of Mapuca. LC Arpora/Parra/Nagoa and LC Agueda could not attend. Also present was the Region Chairperson MJF Lions Murthaza Matheranwala of LC Calangute & MJF Sushant and JYoshna Pokle of LC Sanquelim. I MJF LION GOCULDAS NAGVENKAR along with MJF LION SUSHSNT POKLE CONDUCTED THE CLLI for all the menbers present.

CHARTER NITE LIONS CLUB OF CALANGUTE
I MJF Lion Goculdas Nagvenkar along with MJF Lion Sudesh Kochrenkar attended the Charter Nit Celebration of LC Calangute on 4th February, 2026 at Calangute Association hall Calangute. It was also and District 317B Governors Official visit to their Club.

I MJF Lion Goculdas Nagvenkar along with other five lion members of our club attended the "CHARTER NITE: function of LC Chodan (Chorao) on 1st February 2026 at Panchayat hall chodan. Also an Official DG of district 317B to their club.
