As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

  • MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING:  October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
  • HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
  • ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day

Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

DG visit and 41st Charter Nite held at the Old Goa residency

41st Charter Nite was organized by the Lions Club of Old Goa as well as the same was witnessed by the DG PMJF Lion Jay Amol Naik and Lion Dr. Kirti Naik during their visit to the Lions Club of Old Goa on 13/01/2026 at Old Goa residency. During this Nite garland of charted was offered to the portrait of the founder, new members were inducted as well as prizes were distributed to the prize winners of various competition organized by the Lions Club of Old Goa

Maintaining the Garden at the Karmali Railway station

On 13th Jan 2026, during the DG Club visit, Lion Club members of Old Goa along with the DG PMJF Lion Jay Amol Naik and Lion Dr. Kirti Naik, visited the the Karmali Railway Station, and observed that the garden area of the railway station is maintained and the same was showcased to the DG.
