As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

OUR LIONS CLUB MEMBERS ATTENDED THE REPUBLIC DAY AT OUR LIONS SCHOOL OUR SENIAR LION P D SHIRUR HOSTED THE NATIONAL FLAG . OUR CLUB DISTRIBUTED BADAMI MILK AND GOOD DAY BISCUITS TO THE STUDENTS AND STAFF OF THE LIONS ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL .

Received a International presidents Appreciation certificate towards good work done as an RDC - IT and promoting Lions International district 317B agenda, handling IT related issues effectively during first half term of Lionistic year 2025-26. Yogasana for Students
A Yogasana program was conducted for students from different schools at the Hosmath premises with the objective of promoting physical health and mental well-being. A total of 131 students participated in the program. During the session, students were taught various yoga postures and breathing exercises to improve concentration, flexibility, and overall fitness. Awareness was also given about the importance of regular yoga practice for maintaining good health, reducing stress, and enhancing focus in daily life. The program encouraged students to adopt healthy habits and mindful living from an early age.
