As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

General Body Meeting for the month of Dec 24-12-2025 (2nd)
The second general meeting of the month of December has been organized tomorrow, Wednesday, 24-12-2025, from 7-28 pm at SRA Club Jamkhandi. The topics to be discussed in the meeting are as follows. 1) Regarding organizing an Annadasoha program from January 4 to 11 as per the DG order. 2) Regarding celebrating Chatter Night on January 12. 3) Regarding using the money donated by the members for service works. 4) Regarding starting a Breast Milk Bank – permanent project. 5) Regarding celebrating the New Year on December 31. 6) Regarding organizing a Communication Skills program. 7) Regarding organizing an eye and dental examination program in primary and secondary schools of Aalaba village. 8). Regarding organizing a Mental Health and Well-Being program. 9) Regarding the program of attaching radium to dividers. 10) Regarding the program of organizing a biodiversity program at the college of PMJF Ln Prof. B. K. Konnur.

Annadasoha
The Weekly Annadasoh (25th Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 200 people were provided with steaming hot rice pulao. It was sponsored by Lions Club of Belgaum

ORGANISED FREE EYE SCREEING AND CATERACT SURGEORY CAMP AT KHARVA, HONNAVARA ASSOCIATED WITH PRASAD ETRALAYA UDUPI AND MANIKANTH SEVA SANGH KHARVA. OPHTHALMOLOGISTS FROM UDUPI EXAMINED THE EYES OF THE CAMPERS AND ADVISED THOSE WITH EYE PROBLEMS TO UNDERGO SURGERY.

Breast cancer awareness programme
The Free diabetes detection and Blood Pressure checkup camp held on 13th December 2025 in association with total diabetes, i NEEL Diagnostic and NWKSRTC Dharwad at Rural Bus Depot, Mrityunjaya Nagar, Dharwad. Total 152 staff of KSRTC underwent Diabetes and BP Checkup. Out of which 32 were detected as diabetic.Dr.Anoosha Bhandarkar, Dr.Shrikant Kulkarni, Dr.Sughosh Kulkarni, Dr.Suresh Wasavani, Dr.K.V.Achyuth and the team conducted the checkup.
