As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Distribution of food and awareness talk on Nutrition
On 3rd January, Dr Alok patil gave a talk on imp of nutrition and club distributed Grocery and other Nutritional items to all the inmates of Sree Sidhi Vinayaka Old Aged Home and Orphanage, New Gabbur Village. Region Chairperson PMJF Lion Dynaesh Natu was present on the occasion

Annadasoha
Clubs Annadasoh (28th Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 200 people were provided with steaming hot rice pulao. It was sponsored by Lions Club of Belgaum .

We conducted our 3rd CLLI for our members. We invited PMJF Lion Suggala Yelamali to speak on How to conduct meetings. It was held at Lions Bhavan, Belagavi on Fri 30th January 2026. Bicycles Distribution for the needy students
A major activity under taken by RC of REGION-3 , that is Bicycles Distribution for the needy students under Youth & Humanitarian support challenge “ was inaugurated by our beloved District Governor , PMJF Lion JaiAmol Naik yesterday ( 25/01/26) during official club visit to LC of Margao Ravanfond , in the gracious presence of DCS & first lady of the District PMJF Lion Dr Kirti Naik And as a token of inauguration handed over TWO bicycles to the students of that club. Subsequently, others bicycles were handed over to the students, identified by-other clubs of the same region today , on the occasion of Republic Day, by the chief guest of the function, Shri Govind Gawas, Sr vice President, Canara Robeco MF, Mumbai, who supported this event, and other sr lion dignitaries of the region at Shishu Vikas high school precinct .
